The Rhodes tennis teams opened their season against Division II Harding University on Saturday. Both the women and men's teams lost 7-2 but not without a fight. The wins on the women's side came from Emily Rizer winning her singles match then partnering with Maggie Donoghue to win their doubles match. Lynx men Eliot Blatt and Rob Steinwedell had the two victories for the men both coming in singles. Both teams will be on the road to St. Louis to play Webster University on February 28 for their next match.
