The Rhodes College baseball team completed their Spring Break trip to Punta Gorda, FL with a 2-1 victory over The College of Wooster.  Senior RHP Austin Carden picked up his fifth victory of the season working 7 2/3 innings before junior RHP Stuart Voges entered the game and quickly recorded the final four outs as he earned his first save of the season.  Junior SS Lynden Pindling led the Lynx offense with a perfect day at the plate, going 3-3 with two doubles, a run scored, drove in a run, walked once, and stole two bases.

Rhodes went 5-1 on their spring trip, dropping their first game 4-1 to Denison, before winning their final five with wins over #12 Heidelberg 6-4, Denison 6-0, Utica 10-2, Ohio Wesleyan 6-3, and Wooster 2-1.  The Lynx are now 12-8 on the season and will open SCAC play this coming Saturday as they travel to Danville, KY to take on Centre College.
