Cameron Andrew

Cameron Andrew is entering his fourth year as an assistant volleyball coach at Rhodes College after graduating from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA in May 2013. 

Cameron was a four year member of Juniata’s men’s volleyball program and served as a captain during his senior season. Andrew helped lead the Eagles to a berth in the NCAA tournament in 2013.  As a junior Cameron was named to the All-Tournament Team of the Continental Volleyball Conference Championships.

Off the court, Andrew was as the Head Sports Editor of the Juniata College newspaper, and is currently the Head Sports Editor and writer for the online Memphis magazine called theGRIND. Cameron graduated from Juniata with a B.A. in anthropology.

Cameron is a native of Dallas, Texas where he played high school volleyball at Greenhill School. While with Greenhill, Andrew helped lead the team to three Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) finals and a SPC Championship in 2008 where he was named All-SPC. 

Cameron was a member of the coaching staff for High Intensity Volleyball Club in 2010 and 2011.  His teams participated in National Qualifiers in Anaheim, CA and USAV National Championship tournaments in Austin, TX and Minneapolis, MN.  He currently coaching for Memphis Juniors Volleyball Association in the offseason where he has coached 16’s and 18’s teams.

Andrew currently resides in Memphis, Tenn. and he is currently engaged to current Rhodes volleyball assitant, Brianna Hill
