Madison joins the Lynx after most recently serving as the graduate assistant coach at Smith College, a NCAA Division III institution in Northampton, Ma. For two years. Madison has a variety of coaching experience under her belt, including coaching at the high school and club levels.

Prior to her coaching career, Madison was a standout for the Battling Bishops at Ohio Wesleyan University. A 2012 graduate from OWU, Madison was a two year captain, a three time North Coast Athletic Conference First-Team All-Conference selection, three time team Most Valuable Player, the 2009 Offensive MVP and a North Coast Athletic Conference All-Decade Team pick in 2013.

Madison graduated from undergraduate Cum Laude with a bachelor of arts in sports management and obtained her masters from Smith College in 2014, specializing in exercise science.
