Kaitlyn Hafdell

The 2019 season will be the third for Kaitlyn Hafdell as assistant coach for the Rhodes College women's lacrosse program.

During the 2018 season, Hafdell helped the Lynx post a 15-4 overall record as they went on to defeat all SAA opponents for a 6-0 conference record on their way to earning both the regular season and tournament championships.

Hafdell joined the Lynx after serving as the head lacrosse coach at St. Joseph's High School in Greenville, S.C where she also served as a coach for the Greenlight Lacrosse Club. Prior to that she was the assistant coach for T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, S.C. In addition to her coaching roles, she served as the lacrosse camp director of the Anderson Area YMCA.

During her time at Slippery Rock, Hafdell earned All-PSAC honors with Third Team All-Conference and was named the Team MVP. Starting every game on the back line for SRU, Hafdell was the defensive leader from 2011-2014 and upon finishing her playing career would become the volunteer assistant coach.

Hafdell graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health minoring in Coaching.
