Juli Liebig

Coach Juli Liebig is in her second season with the Rhodes women’s lacrosse coaching staff. Liebig, a 2011 graduate of Longwood University, was a four year letter winner while with the Lancers.
 
A team captain as a senior, Liebig was named the National Lacrosse Conference's Goalie of the Year twice in her four years and was an all-conference first-team selection. She finished her senior season ranked first in her conference and 16th in all of Division I in save percentage (.470), 13th in all of Division I in total saves (158), and ninth in Division I in ground balls per game (3.17). She helped her team to back-to-back conference championships as a sophomore and junior and was presented with Longwood's Scholarly Athlete Award. She was also named to the 2011 Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) University Division Women's Lacrosse First Team.
 
While at Longwood, Liebig was a member of the Exercise Science Association and the Historian of the Kinesiology fraternity Phi Epsilon Kappa. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science.
 
Liebig also earned her Masters of Arts in Psychology at Washington College, while serving as the teams Graduate Assistant Coach. 
 
Liebig spent the past two years as an assistant at the Division III collegiate level.  Liebig helped direct the Shoremwomen to two Centennial Conference tournaments and this past season the team rewrote program history by earning the most victories in the Spring season. Liebig was also an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach while at Washington College, and will be training the Lynx women's lacrosse team as well.
 
Liebig is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has worked with various varsity sports such as women’s basketball, men’s and women’s tennis, volleyball,  and men’s soccer.
She was also a rehabilitation technician at Chesapeake Physical Therapy where she specialized in injury prevention, assisting patients in improvement in movement, stamina, and coordination.

While attending Queen Anne's County High School, Liebig was a two-time recipient of the Queen Anne's Master of All Sports, earned first-team All-Bayside Conference honors, and helped lead her team to an East Region Championship. She also participated in basketball, soccer, and swimming at Queen Anne's.
