Rogan was hired in June 2019, making the 2022-23 season his fourth at the helm of Rhodes Women's Basketball. He is the sixth head coach in women’s basketball history for the Lynx. Under his leadership, the Lynx have won multiple conference championships and set numerous school and conference records. Rogan enters the season with a .757 winning percentage.
In his first season, the Lynx went 17-10 with a 10-4 SAA record where the team advanced to the SAA Tournament Championship game after averaging 74.44 points and 40.1 rebounds per game. Sophomore Kiera Downey was named the 2020 SAA Player of the Year and garnered first-team All-South Region honors by D3hoops.com. Senior Alyssa Owens earned her 1,000th career point and broke Rhodes' single-season record after draining 80 three-pointers, which ranked her 11th among DIII players at the end of the season. Teammate Ellen Hagen broke the SAA record for single-season three-point field goal percentage averaging 46.2% from the arc. Downey, Owens, and Alli Mayeux garnered All-SAA honors. Rhodes finished the season ranked 11th among DIII teams in 3PT field goals made (251) and 3PT FG% (.358). They were also ranked 13th in 3PT field goals made per game (9.3).
In 2020-21's shortened season, the Lynx went 10-3 overall and 8-3 in SAA play, winning each of their last four games. The team opened the season scoring 118 points against Birmingham-Southern, a new program and SAA record. The very next day they broke those same records, as well as the program and SAA records for combined team score (240) when they defeated BSC 133-107. It was also the first time in program history that Rhodes scored 100 or more points in back-to-back games. The team finished the year averaging 78.69 points per game (15th in DIII) and 48.8 rebounds per game (9th in DIII). They also ranked second among DIII teams averaging 35.2 defensive rebounds per game. Rhodes defeated No. 5 ranked Oglethorpe 72-58 in the SAA semifinals before they were crowned SAA Tournament Champions after defeating No. 7 ranked and host Millsaps 66-52. Unfortunately, the NCAA DIII Women's Basketball Championship was canceled for the season. Downey was tabbed SAA Player of the Year, D3hoops.com South Regional Player of the Year, and was named a first-team All-WBCA All-American. She is just the second All-American in program history. Downey, Hagen, Mayeux, and Alexys Mathangani earned All-SAA honors.
During the 2021-22 season, Rogan was named SAA Coach of the Year as he led Rhodes to the SAA Regular Season and Conference Tournament Championship with the program's first-ever undefeated conference record (15-0). Rhodes earned their first national ranking since 2014 and ranked as high as 18th this season by the WBCA. In his third year at the helm, Rogan has guided his squad to just the program's fourth-ever season of earning 20 or more wins, the Lynx also earned a No. 2 ranking in Region VI, the highest regional ranking in program history. The Lynx hosted the 1st and 2nd rounds of the NCAA Tournament. Alli Mayeux was named SAA Player of the Year and earned WBCA All-American honors. Catherine Althoff and A’Niya Lagarde earned 1st Team All-SAA honors.
