Philippe Lauture ‘20 returns to Rhodes, this time as the assistant men’s tennis coach for the spring 2021 season.
Lauture first chose to come to Rhodes in 2016 as a 4-star recruit. While facing the rigors of majoring in Neuroscience, Lauture was still able to cement himself as one of the best tennis players in Rhodes history.
Lauture won 99 matches in his career at Rhodes placing him at eighth on the All-Time list. Lauture was also named to the All-SAA Honorable Mention as a freshmen and sophomore, and his junior year he earned First Team All-SAA with a conference regular season record of 14-0 playing #1 or #2 doubles and singles (there was no All-SAA team in 2020).
