2011-2012: Theo played in 26 of the team's 27 games, starting all 26…..averaging 24.8 minutes per game.....averaged 8.6 points per game along with 6.0 rebounds per game.....added 24 assists and 19 steals…..helped Rhodes to the SCAC Conference Semifinals and a record of 18-9.....shot a career high 57% from the field…..set career highs in both scoring (17) and rebounding (13) on 2/5/12 against Birmingham Southern College…..the team honored Theo with the Most Improved Player award for the second straight year.

2010-2011: Theo played in all 25 of the team's games, starting 2 while averaging 17.1 minutes per game.....averaged 4.5 points per game along with 3.9 rebounds per game.....helped Rhodes to the SCAC Conference Tournament and a record of 7-18.....the team honored Theo with the Most Improved Player award.

2009-2010: Theo played in 15 of the team's 26 games averaging 2.7 minutes off the bench.....averaged 1.0 points in limited action.

Prior to Rhodes: Theo Hartwell, a Charleston, South Carolina native, led his high school team in rebounds and block shots, averaging 11 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game. He ranked 3^rd in points scored, with 9.8 points per game. He closed out his senior year by averaging a double-double, and set the school record for rebounds (21) and blocks (6) in a single game.
