Ronald Booker enters his fourth season with the Rhodes College football team after a stellar career as a defensive back for the Lynx. Booker joined the Lynx on staff in the fall of 2014 as the safeties coach. During the next two seasons he coached the defensive backs before transitioning to wide receivers coach beginning with the 2017 season.Â
Booker was a key member of the 2013 SAA Champion Lynx Football Squad, a conference championship that had not been won by the Lynx since the last 80s.Â
As a defensive back and major special teams contributor, Booker brings his Rhodes specific experience to campus. He also serves as the supervisor of the new Varsity Athletics Weight Room.
Booker earned his Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Business from Rhodes College in 2014.
