Brad Linares was promoted to Offensive Coordinator in March of 2018 after spending two seasons as the offensive line coach and video coordinator. In 2017, junior left tackle D.J. Coker earned AFCA All-America honors while two other offensive lineman also added All-SAA accolades. 

Linares came to Rhodes College from Carroll University where he spent the last three seasons as the team's offensive line coach. Linares produced eight wins season, which was a school record, while earning a national ranking of 24th from the American Football Coaches Association. 

Linares, along with new offensive coordinator Peter Jennings, put together the two highest scoring offenses in school history while setting singles game records for points in a game, yards in a game, passing yards in a game, and rushing yards in a game.

The two-time All-Midwest Conference fullback from Illinois College joined the Pioneers following a one-year stint as the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Waldorf College.

Linares began his coaching career at Iowa Wesleyan University where he coached for four seasons as the wide receivers coach for a season and offensive line coach for three seasons.

Before moving to Waldorf he was the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the Cineplexx Blue Devils, a semi-pro team from Hohenems, Austria.

Linares majored in physical education while at Illinois College then earned his master’s degree in sport management from the U.S. Sports Academy.
