Rhodes College Athletics

Alex is from St. Louis, Missouri. Her parents are Robyn and David Friedman. She is pursuing a Psychology Major with a minor in Education with aspirations of attending graduate school for a Master’s in Social Work or Clinical Psychology to work in a private practice for special needs or mental health. In high school, Alex was STL Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete of the Year 2012, Whitfield School Scholar Athlete, Offensive Player of the Year, Coaches Player of the Year, and her team captain in Cross Country, Field Hockey, and Soccer. As a Lynx, she earned the National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s National Academic Team Award. Off the field, she is a Rhodes College Summer Service Fellow for 2015, an Admission Fellow for 2015-2016, an active member of Delta Delta Delta sorority, a tutor at Snowden Elementary School, and a member of the Student Athlete Committee.
