Rhodes College Athletics

High School: Four-time  Boston Globe All-Scholastic All-Star.  Recipient of 2013 Reading Memorial High School Foreign Language Department Award.   2011-2012 BYB Swim Team Award for Hardest Worker.  Member of the state champion 400 Freestyle Relay Team 2012 MIAA State Championships.  Member of 2010 Division II Massachusetts State Champion Team.
 
Personal:  Daughter of Paula Berger, Alexa comes to Rhodes College looking to pursue her interests in foreign countries with intentions of studying International Business, French, and Spanish.  She has spent much time helping out in her synagogue, including five years as a teacher’s aide and work on her youth groups board as a VP of Social Action and Fundraising and the 2012-2013 Co-President.  Alexa also spent two years as a high school freshman mentor.  She was a member of the National Honor Society in High school and looks to continue her success as a student athlete at the collegiate level. Alexa is also a huge country music fan.
