Game 1 Recap: Rhodes vs. Trinity University

In a high-intensity showdown filled with momentum swings and standout plays, the No. 22 Rhodes College baseball team defeated Trinity by a final score of 9–3 on April 24, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. The contest featured timely hitting and a dominant performance out of the bullpen, as the Lynx pulled away in the middle innings to secure the conference victory.

Key Performances

Brad Larson led the offensive effort, driving in four RBIs on two doubles, including a clutch three-run double in the fifth inning that broke the game open.

Austin Smith was a constant presence on the bases, scoring three runs while adding two hits and an RBI, helping set the tone for the Lynx offense.
