Game Recap: Rhodes vs. DePauw University
In a high-intensity showdown filled with momentum swings and scoring runs, the Rhodes College Women's Lacrosse team defeated DePauw University by a final score of 16–12 in Greencastle, Indiana. The contest featured a tightly contested first half before a dominant third quarter that propelled the Lynx ahead. 

Key Performances
Sophomore Payton Stevens led the scoring effort for the Lynx, recording three goals and one assist, repeatedly attacking the cage and converting in critical moments, including two first-quarter goals that helped Rhodes erase an early deficit.

Senior Caroline Kardian turned in an outstanding all-around performance, tallying three goals and two assists. Her offensive vision and ability to create space sparked Rhodes' third-quarter run. Juniors Maddie BeVier and Alban Erdle each added three goals, while sophomore Anna Samuelson and senior Sam Horowitz contributed two goals apiece as well as dominating on the draw circle.

Defensively, the Lynx tightened up after halftime, holding DePauw scoreless in the third quarter during a decisive 6–0 run. First-year goalkeeper Annabelle Kinzel anchored the back line with nine saves, coming up with key stops during the second-quarter to preserve Rhodes' lead in the fourth. The defensive unit also battled through multiple card situations, limiting player-down moments and maintaining composure in transition.

Rhodes opened the game trading goals with DePauw in a fast-paced first quarter that ended tied at 5–5. The Tigers used a late second-quarter push to take a 9–7 lead into halftime. Rhodes answered with six unanswered goals in the third quarter, including a man-down score from BeVier and a pair of strikes from Kardian, to flip the momentum and build a 13–9 advantage heading into the final quarter. In the fourth quarter, Rhodes maintained control, with Stevens, BeVier, and Erdle each finding the back of the net to secure the 16–12 victory.

Game Recap: Rhodes vs. Life University
In a commanding home performance fueled by early momentum and offensive pressure, the Rhodes College Women's Lacrosse team defeated Life University by a final score of 19–4 at Mason Field in Memphis, Tennessee. 

Key Performances
Sophomore Payton Stevens led the scoring effort for the Lynx, recording four goals and one assist, repeatedly breaking through the Life defense and capitalizing in both player-up and player-down situations. Her versatility and finishing ability set the tone throughout the afternoon.

First-year Sadie McRae delivered an all-around performance with three goals and three assists, facilitating a multitude of Rhodes' second-half surge. Senior Caroline Kardian also added three goals and two assists, contributing heavily during the Lynx's first-quarter run. First-year Gracie Whicker chipped in three goals, while senior Sam Horowitz and junior Alban Erdle each added two. Junior Maddie BeVier and sophomore Lucy Carter rounded out the scoring with one goal apiece.

Defensively, Rhodes controlled possession and tempo, holding Life scoreless in the third quarter and limiting them to just one goal in the opening half. The Lynx managed multiple card situations while maintaining structure, disrupting transition opportunities and preventing sustained offensive pressure from the Running Eagles. Rhodes played off the turf well, tallying 31 ground balls to help with adding to the scoreboard.

Rhodes opened the game with a dominant offensive push, scoring seven first-quarter goals to build a 7–1 advantage. The momentum continued into the second quarter as Rhodes extended the lead to 10–2 at halftime. In the third, the Lynx added six more goals, including a player-down finish from Stevens and a late player-up strike from Carter, stretching the advantage to 16–2 entering the final period. Rhodes maintained control in the fourth quarter, adding three more goals to secure the 19–4 victory and complete one of their most complete performances of the young season.

With these wins, Rhodes improves to 3–0 on the season and now turns its attention to the John Carroll University Blue Streaks. The Lynx will host on March 4th at Mason Field in Memphis, Tennessee at 3:00 PM. The midweek matchup presents another opportunity for Rhodes to defend its home turf and continue building momentum early in the season.
