Game Recap: Rhodes vs. Hendrix College
Rhodes opened the 2025–26 season with an impressive 81–66 road victory over Hendrix on November 8 at Grove Gymnasium. The Lynx shot an efficient 50% from the field and used a strong offensive rhythm in both halves to secure the double-digit win.

Phil Dotson led Rhodes with 17 points, going 6-for-12 from the floor and 3-for-5 from beyond the arc while adding four assists. Jackson Huxtable followed with 15 points, seven rebounds, and two steals in a highly productive 27-minute performance. Trevor Lombard added 12 points and five rebounds, knocking down two threes of his own.
Off the bench, Shawn Jones Jr. provided a major boost with 15 points, five rebounds, six assists, and three steals—one of the most complete stat lines of the night. Sam Maddox contributed seven points, while Mason Bennett, Ryan Scott, Tyler Jasek, and Michael Wilson each added two.

Rhodes moved to 2–0 on the season with a commanding 93–65 win over Boyce on November 10 at Mallory Gymnasium. The Lynx built a 26-point halftime lead and never trailed, controlling the game on both ends of the floor.

Phil Dotson led all scorers with 21 points on 8-of-16 shooting, knocking down four threes while adding three assists and four rebounds. Jackson Huxtable followed closely with 20 points on an efficient 6-of-11 performance, going 6-of-7 from the line and totaling three rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
Trevor Lombard added 12 points and four assists, while Cass Ramberg contributed eight points and three rebounds. Off the bench, Rhodes received balanced contributions across the lineup: Sam Maddox tallied eight points, Ryan Scott scored six, and Michael Wilson scored four on a perfect 2-for-2 from the field.
