On Friday, April 5th, Rhodes traveled to Danville, KY, to play the 2023 SAA Tournament Champion Centre and lost 11-7 in a very competitive game. In a fast-paced first half, Centre held a slim edge 6-5 at the break. Centre scored one to push their lead to 7-5. It remained 7-5 for a while until Centre broke open a close game with two quick strikes to pull ahead 9-5 heading into the 4th quarter. Both teams notched two goals apiece in the final frame to reach the 11-7 final.

On Sunday, April 7th, Rhodes played Sewanee on the University of the South's campus. Another fast-paced game, the halftime score was 7-7. Sewanee struck early in the 3rd quarter to break the tie 8-7, then Rhodes scored three unanswered goals to go up 10-8 late in the 3rd quarter. Sewanee responded with a flurry themselves and netted a quick three to go up 12-10. Rhodes responded to make it 12-11, then Sewanee scored one at the buzzer to push the lead to 13-11 entering the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter, neither team could find the back of the net, and the game ended with a 13-11 final.
