The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed this weekend in Clinton, MS on the Choctaw Trails for the NCAA DIII South Regional Qualifying Meet. The Women's 6000m race started at 10am, while the Men followed at 11am.
The top 3 finishers for the Rhodes Women's team were
Elena Gentry,
Hannah Jane Miller, and
Vivian Kalb. Gentry finished in 21st place with a time of 22:44.8. Miller and Kalb finished in 54th and 55th place, at 24:09.2 and 24:12.7 respectively. The team finished 10th overall.
The top finisher for the Rhodes Men's team was
Daniel Blaich coming in at 26:31.6 and 37th place.
Diego Donald and
Austin Rhea were the next top finishers for the Lynx, with times of 26:41.9 and 26:49.3. For the team score, the Men finished 9th overall.
