The Lynx opened up their second game of the doubleheader just the way they drew it up, as Wood Kimbrough plated 2 in the first with a double in a clutch spot. Ben Wilson followed, doubling down the right field line, scoring Kimbrough.
The Lynx scored twice more in the fourth, and three more times in the 6th, coming off of RBIs from Corbin Kinder, Peter York, Quinn Blackman, and Dante Messina. 
 
Additionally, Senior Bryce Anderson had a great game behind the plate, blocking a curveball and throwing out the advancing runner. Anderson also tripled in the fourth. 
 
Zac Sohosky notched another quality outing, pitching six innings, allowing only 1 run on 3 hits, while striking out 8. 
 
John Fears came in in the 7th and final inning, punching out 2 of 3, and completing the doubleheader sweep.
