This past weekend, Rhodes Soccer was at home competing in the SAA tournament.
Jesus Tadeo opened up the scoring for the game, knocking a shot into the net in the 15th minute. Shortly after halftime, however, Berry answered back, tying the score 1-1. No one else scored throughout regular time, so the game went to extra time.
Rhodes scored twice in extra time, with goals from
Jackson Thelen and
Jesus Tadeo. Rhodes secured the victory 3-1.
Nate Slota had 5 saves in this game. With this win, the Lynx advanced to the SAA semi-finals.
They will take on Centre College on Friday, November 3rd against Centre in Atlanta.
