Memphis - Rhodes College men's tennis defeated Berry College 7-2 Saturday in the SAA matchup before dropping the non-conference contest 7-2. Rhodes is now 2-1 against SAA opponents.
Saturday
Rhodes won No. 1 and 3 doubles 8-3 and 8-4 respectively. The Lynx also won all singles matches except in the No. 3 slot which was a close matchup that went three sets.
Sunday
Rhodes took No. 1 doubles as
Daniel Trudell and
Andrew Morton teamed up for the 8-5 victory. First year
Gabe Williams then won No. 1 singles 6-4, 6-1.
