Game 1: Rhodes College vs. Stillman College
Stillman came to bat in the first inning and jumped out to a 2-0 lead on the Lynx and never looked back. After the two-run first, the Tigers added four more in the second, one in the fourth
 and five in the top of the seventh to secure a 12-9 victory.Â
For Rhodes, seniors
Marisa Moore and
Samantha Feinstein shined at the plate. Moore went 3-for-5 with two RBI while Feinstein went 2-for-2 with three runs scored.

Game 2: Rhodes College vs. Stillman College
The bookend of the doubleheader was see-saw affair in which both teams would lead, trail and regain the lead.
Stillman again scored first, plating one in the top of the first and third innings to open up a 2-0 lead. However, Rhodes struck back in the bottom of the third when sophomore
Nikki Greuel singled, stole second base, and "Ms. Clutch"Â
Marisa Moore, doubled home Greuel to cut the Stillman lead in half. The next batter, senior
Lauren King, blasted a two-run home run to bring home Moore, putting the Lynx in front 3-2.Â
Although Stillman responded the next inning with a run, briefly tying the game at 3's, it was again Rhodes' Moore drove home Greuel in the bottom of the fourth to regain the lead, this time at 4-3.
The Lynx remained in control until the top of the sixth when Stillman rallied for two runs and retook a one-run advantage. The Stillman Tigers would go on to win by a final score of 5-4.Â

Look Ahead:
Rhodes will return to actions this Friday and Saturday when the face Westminster. First pitch on Friday is slated for 1 p.m. central time.
