Hilton Head, S.C. - Rhodes College women's tennis wraps up their abbreviated season with a 7-2 victory over Haverford College Friday morning.
Haverford's wins came at No. 1 doubles (8-2) and No. 5 singles (6-1, 6-1).
Dasha Safarian and
Lea Letourneau teamed up for a win at No. 2 doubles (8-4) while
Emily Holderness and
Dallas Bennett won 8-1 in the final doubles match.
The Lynx swept 1, 3, 4, and 6 singles in two sets each while Adan-Pol defeated her opponent at No. 2 singles in a third set tiebreaker 6-2, 3-6, 10-3.
Lone senior
Madeleine McDonald, sidelined with an injury, was forced to watch the final match of the season as Rhodes completes spring 2020 with a 5-3 record.
