Conway, Ark. - After a scoreless first half, senior captain Austin Ly found the back of the net for the season-opening game-winner in the 63rd minute against Centenary of Louisiana.

Fellow senior Davis Neitzschman passed the ball diagonally to Ly in the middle of the field, outside of the box. Ly settled and booted the ball to the left corner of the cage for the golden goal. 

Goalkeeper Will Burka-White earned his first career shutout. The Lynx tallied five corner kicks in the contest and also held a 14-3 shot advantage. 

Rhodes will play on Hendrix's campus again Saturday at 1 p.m. against MacMurray College.
