COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Rhodes College women's lacrosse team saw their season come to a close on Sunday afternoon in a loss to Colorado College in the NCAA Championship Second Round at Stewart Field.

In the second half, the Tigers pushed their lead to 15-1, but Rhodes responded with a goal from sophomore

For the game, Dill and Gleeson had the only goals while senior
Morgan Fuller and sophomore
McKenna Davis each had assists. Fuller added two caused turnovers while sophomore
Elizabeth Lewis had two caused turnovers and four ground balls. Fuller, junior
Emily Teague, sophomore
Rachel Windmueller, and freshman
Kaylin Ryan all had three ground balls each.
In goal, sophomore

Rhodes concludes its season at 13-5 overall and completes their third year of competition. In only three years, the Lynx have won the last two Southern Athletic Association Championships, a SAA Regular Season Championship in 2016, and have made the NCAA Championship twice including a win in the tournament last season over Meredith.
The Lynx say goodbye to three seniors,
Morgan Fuller,
Sam Vanover, and
Emily Gibson, and will move into the offseason as they look to continue to improve on their, already impressive, accomplishments.
