RESULTS
OBERLIN, Ohio – The Rhodes College women's cross country team raced again this past weekend in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble at Oberlin College. Rhodes placed 10th in the event out of 29 teams competing in the Varsity 6k race.
Carnegie Mellon took the top spot with a score of 115 and an average time of 22:04. Case Western finished second (139) followed by Oberlin (166). NYU (167) took the fourth place spot followed by Fredonia (169) rounding out the top five.
Senior Brittany Alexander led the Lynx in the event with a time of 22:13.2, landing a 29th place individual finish. Junior Kendall Reed finished the race with a time of 22:28.9 followed by sophomore Abby Watkins with a 22:39.1 finish.
Sophomore Reagan Alley and Megan Jackson round out the Lynx top five racers with times of 22:50.9 and 22:54.8 respectively.
The Lynx will return to action on October 31st as they compete at the SAA Championships in Danville, Ky.
