The Rhodes Volleyball Team picked up their first SAA victory versus Oglethorpe University. The Lynx defeated the Stormy Petrels in three straight sets by the scores of 25-21, 26-24, 25-18.

A strong blocking performance as a team that included 4 solo blocks and 16 blocks assists along with 9 service aces kept the Lynx in control throughout the match.

Outside Hitter Meagan Mansfield paced the team with 6 service aces, 10kills and 5 blocks. Lexie Krall led the team with 6 blocks while Libero Tasha Heller anchored the back row with 13 digs. Setters Ally Limmer and Michelle Quina combined for 22 assists.
