The Rhodes Women's soccer team completed their weekend in TX with a 2-0 victory over Austin College.

The Lynx were on the board halfway thought the first half, when senior Betsy Peterson found sophomore Kelsey Keown for the eventual game winner. 2 minutes later the Lynx extended their lead when freshman Hannah Selner found junior Heidi Press for the insurance goal.

Neither team was able to score in the 2nd half, however the Lynx had the best chance when Selner's header hit the post.

Junior Allison Cowling played all 90 minutes for Lynx making 5 saves.

The Lynx return to action when they host #9 Washington University in St. Louis on Saturday.
