The Lynx volleyball team suffered two disappointing losses to open the final year of SCAC play at Sewanee.  The Lynx lost in four sets to Birmingham Southern by the scores of 23-25, 25-18, 21-25, 15-25.  After taking the first two sets against Centre the Lynx lost in a five set thriller by the scores of 25-21, 25-22, 23-25, 18-25, 15-17.

Against Birmingham Southern, unforced errors turned out to be the downfall of the Lynx.  The Lynx were led by Meagan Mansfield, who ammassed 12 kills and 17 digs.  Defensive Specialist Megan Zann led the team with 3 service aces.

In team's loss to Centre, Libero Maraia Tremarelli turned in her second 30+ dig performance of the season with 31 digs.  Right Side Lexie Krall led the team with 10 kills and 4 blocks while Setter Michelle Quina had 24 assists and 4 service aces for the Lynx.
