The Rhodes Volleyball team defeated a very tough Augustana Volleyball team in three straight sets to open up Day 2 of the Rhodes Invitational.   Game scores were 26-24, 28-26, 25-16.

Senior Outside Hitter Claire Warren again led the Lynx with 13 kills, hitting .391 for the match.  Junior Outside Hitter Meagan Mansfield made her return to the court after an ankle injury last week and added 8 more kills for the Lynx.  The team turned in their best hitting performance of the season so far hitting .300 against Augustana.

Setters Michelle Quina and Nicole McAlvany combined for 37 assists and 3 service aces while Freshman Middle Blocker Mollie Newbern led the team with 4 blocks.
