The Rhodes Volleyball team opened the SCAC Volleyball Championships with a convincing win against the 7th seed Centre Colonels.  The Lynx won in three straight sets by the scores of 29-27, 25-20, 25-21.

Meagan Mansfield led the Lynx with 14 kills, 4 services aces and 25 digs, while Claire Warren added 11kills and 24 digs.  Right Side Attackers Olivia Wells and Lexie Krall combined for 16 kills.  Middle Blocker Stephanie Renner led the team with 4 blocks.

The team faced off against Colorado College in their second match of the day.  Unfortunately the team couldn't pull off a repeat performance losing in three straight sets by the scores of 17-25, 16-25, 17-25.  Lexie Krall led the team with 8 kills, while Libero Maraia Tremarelli anchored the team's defense with 16 digs.
