The Rhodes Volleyball team defeated the Hendrix Warriors in three straight sets on Day 2 of the SCAC Central Pod hosted by Hendrix.  Game scores were 25-12, 25-12, 25-21.

Outside Hitter Claire Warren paced the Lynx attack with 11 kills while hitting .600 for the match.  Juniors Outside Hitter Meagan Mansfield paced the Lynx with 8 kills and 5 service aces.  Setters Michelle Quina and Nicole McAlvany combined for 32 assists.  McAlvany was second on the team with 4 service aces.

The Lynx return to action this weekend when they return to the friendly confines of Mallory Gymnasium to host the Rhodes College Spookfest.  The team will also honor Seniors Claire Warren and Olivia Wells this weekend for their contributions to the volleyball program.
