The Rhodes Men's Soccer team failed to secured a second win in conference play against Hendrix College. The two teams were looking to secure a second victory in conference play. The Lynx defended well as hendrix College chose to play a direct soccer. The score after the first half was 0-0 although the Lynx came close to taking the lead just before half time. Jason Crutcher got on the end of it to give the Lynx a 1-0 lead in the match. Hendrix College came from behind to earn a point from a penalty awarded to them in the 90th minute. The Lynx pushed on in over time to try to win the match but the score remained the same after both periods of OT.
The Lynx travel to San Antonio, TX on Thursday to play Trinity University Friday night at 6pm.
