The Rhodes Volleyball team finished 2-2 on the weekend at the BSC Hilltop Classic.  In the team's first match on Sunday, the Lynx defeated the Vikings of Berry College in three straight sets (25-15, 25-15, 25-21). 

Claire Warren led the team in kills with 13 while Senior Libero Kayla McCrury led the team with 15 digs and 3 service aces.  Freshmen Right Side hitter Lexie Krall chipped in 5 kills and 4 blocks for the Lynx.

In the tournament finale, the team dropped a heartbreaker to Mississippi College in five sets.  Rhodes tooke the first set 25-17, while the Choctaws won set by the identical score of 25-17.  The Lynx won the third set 25-21.  The Choctaws ended up winning the fourth set by 27-25 before winning the fifth and deciding set 17-15.  

Claire Warren again led the team with 17 kills while Meagan Mansfield added 13 kills.  Kayla McCrury anchored the team's defense with 27 digs while Middle Blocker Stephanie Renner led the team with 4 blocks.  

For her efforts on the weekend, Claire Warren was named to the All Tournament team.
