Lynx outlast DePauw

The Lynx picked up a vital SCAC victory in Greencastle, IN, when they defeated DePauw 1-0.

Sophomore Laura Flink scored the lone goal of the contest in the 67^th minute. Senior Alice Hilgart would find Flink in front of the Tiger defense. Flink then turned her defender and slipped the ball past DePauw goalkeeper Lauren Palfrey. With the lead the Lynx did a great job of finishing off the game, only allowing one chance on goal in the final 15 minutes. Junior goalkeeper Stephanie Sermonet made a big save in that final 15 minutes to secure the shutout. Sermonet made 3 total saves in the win.

The Lynx continue their road weekend when they travel to #23 Centre College on Sunday.
