The Rhodes Volleyball team lost their last two matches at this weekend's SCAC Central-West Divisional hosted by Millsaps College. In the team's first match, the Lynx lost in three straight sets to Southwestern by the scores of 18-25, 21-25, 16-25. Senior
Kayla McCrury led the team with 25 digs, which was good enough to surpass the 2000 dig mark in her career. After this weekend's tournament, McCrury now stands at 2036 career digs. She is currently 231 digs from becoming the all time career dig leader at Rhodes.
In the team's final match of the weekend, the Lynx fell to the host Majors in four sets. Game scores were 21-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-27. Junior Outside Hitter

Bethany Gunn led all blockers with 6 total in the match.

Phylicia Douglas amassed 26 kills with only 1 hitting error, hitting .403 for the Lynx.
The team returns to action when they host the Rhodes Fall Break Classic. The first match is scheduled for Friday at 5pm when Rhodes faces off aginst Loras College.
