The Lynx advance to tomorrow's SCAC Championship match with a 2-1 overtime victory today over Sewanee. The Tigers struck first finding the back of the cage just two minutes into play. The Lynx rallied to tie the game 16 minutes later on a goal by
Libby Feaster which was assisted by
Charlie Wagner. Charlie went on to score the game winner on a penalty stroke awarded to Rhodes with 50 seconds left to play in the first overtime period. Rhodes out shot Sewanee 16-8 and held a 13-6 advantage in penalty corner opportunities. Rhodes will take the field at 11 am tomorrow with the SCAC Championship on the line. The Lynx will face the winner of DePauw and Centre.
