Sarah Posey enters her second year serving as the Assistant Coach for the Rhodes Golf Team. She is a 2020 graduate of Birmingham-Southern College (BSC) where she was a standout golfer for the Panthers. In Sarah’s junior year she finished 6th in the Lee and Joe Duncan Rhodes Invitational, posting a one-under 71 in the final round. She followed that strong performance with a 7th place finish in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Championship.
In Sarah’s senior year, she made the SAA All Sportsmanship Team, the SAA Academic Honor Roll, and she earned BSC Student Athlete of the Week honors. A highlight of Sarah’s senior year was placing 3rd in the prestigious DIII National Championship Preview Tournament.
Sarah works as the Second Assistant Golf Professional at Ridgeway Country Club in Memphis. She is currently working on her PGA and LPGA certifications.
A graduate of First Assembly Christian School in Memphis, Sarah competed in basketball, softball, and soccer in high school.
In May, 2020, Sarah graduated from Birmingham Southern with a degree in Health Science/Pre-Nursing.
