Ally Huynh

Ally Huynh enters her third season with the program as an assistant coach. A former collegiate athlete, Huynh competed at Northwest Community College before continuing her playing career at the University of Mobile.

While at Mobile, she worked closely with the Sports Information Director, managing team schedules and statistics while leading a comprehensive social media overhaul. Her passion for athlete development and digital engagement laid the foundation for her career in both coaching and sports media.

From 2016 to 2021, Huynh coached within the Illusions organization and a Memphis-based travel program, preparing young athletes for collegiate competition. In 2023, she served as the interim Sports Information Director at Rhodes college. She also coached with America’s Team during an international tournament in the Dominican Republic, further expanding her leadership on the global stage.
Huynh holds dual master’s degrees in Sports Business Management and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, where she gained experience in marketing, partnerships, media, and player development.

Huynh has played a pivotal role in the development of slappers like Jasmyn Stanley, who was named SAA Player of the Year and emerged as one of the top offensive players in the conference from 2023 to 2025. Under Huynh’s coaching, Stanley raised her batting average from .265 to .447 and increased her on-base percentage from .342 to .527. She also saw a major jump in run production, quadrupling her RBI total from 2 in 2023 to 12 in 2025. Her slugging percentage rose nearly 200 points over that span, reflecting steady growth in power and consistency.

Huynh remains dedicated to giving back to the game—developing athletes and enhancing the sport through her work both on and off the field.
