Rhodes College was selected fourth in the 2026 Southern Athletic Association Softball Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league's seven head coaches.

The Lynx totaled 28 points, finishing just behind Millsaps (30) and ahead of Southwestern (23) as the SAA gears up for another competitive softball season.

Rhodes returns a decorated core from last season, led by SAA Athlete of the Year Jasmyn Stanley, who hit .470 at the plate and posted a .974 fielding percentage in the outfield, along with SAA Coaching Staff of the Year Rebecca Arbino and the Rhodes coaching staff. The Lynx also bring back three First Team All-SAA selections, three Second Team All-SAA honorees, and one Honorable Mention performer heading into the 2026 campaign.

The 2026 SAA Softball Championship will be held May 7–9 in Columbus, Georgia, at the South Commons Complex.
