The Rhodes College men's golf team closed out their 2025 season with a strong showing at the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Conference Championship, finishing fifth overall with a three-round total of 884 (294-295-295).
Avery Stansell led the way for the Lynx, finishing 18th individually with rounds of 71-76-74 (221). Stansell's consistent play throughout the tournament earned him a spot on the All-SAA Second Team, recognizing him as one of the top performers in the conference this season.
Billy Gussler also delivered a standout performance, tying for 19th place with rounds of 76-71-75 (222). Gussler's leadership was further recognized with his selection to the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team.
