The 2023 Southern Athletic Association Swimming & Diving Championship got off to a fast start for the Lynx!

Rhodes broke the women's 200 medley relay to start the championship. The quartet of Gracie Shepard, Paxton Smythe, Taylor Albrecht and Eliza Hulverson stopped the clock at 1:45.76, breaking the old mark of 1:46.32 set by the Lynx last season.

In the women's 1-meter dive, Rhodes' Anabelle Morle won with a score of 389.5.
