Memphis, TN - The Lynx field hockey squad earned the right to compete for their 4th consecutive conference title with a 2-0 win over #4 seed Sewanee. Rhodes dominated from minute one and didn't look back, both goals were scored in the first 20 minutes by senior
Katie Faucher on penalty corner opportunities. Faucher got a stick on shots by
Regan McLaughlin and
Mary Rose Hazel who both earned assists. Rhodes out shot Sewanee 32-3 and held a 9-3 advantage in penalty corner opportunities. Sewanee senior goalkeeper Anna Morrow kept the Tigers in the game with 23 saves. The Lynx will take on #2 Centre in the first ever SAA Championship Sunday at 11 am.
