The Lynx took the field today at home for the first time this season and started off strong with 2 goals in the first 15 minutes of play and didn't look back.  Rhodes moves to 7-0 on the season and records their fifth shutout of the seven victories.  First year player Chelsea McLeod scored the game winner today just seven minutes into play.  Her goal was followed just seven minutes later on a score by Molly Leonard with the assist going to Taylor Mills.  The second half brought a penalty stroke goal by Chelsea McLeod as well as a score for senior Morgan Jane Mischer with under 10 minutes left to play.  The Lynx benefitted from great midfield play by Sarah Kennedy, Megan Hauver and Kristen Lee as well as strong defensive efforts by Claire Mantovani, Alyssa Nucaro, and Sara Sanders.  The Lynx will take the field tomorrow against SCAC rival Sewanee at Noon.
