The volleyball team finally picked up their first conference win of the year when the team defeated the Majors of Millsaps in three straight sets.  The scores were 25-19, 30-28, 27-25.

Senior Middle Blocker Allison Squires led the way for the Lynx with 9 kills and 3 blocks.  Outside Hitters Claire Warren and Katherine Delavan combined for 17 kills while Setter Laura Jensen dished out 33 assists on the match.

The team returns to action this weekend when they compete in the Birmingham Southern Invitational.  The team will face off against Georgetown(KY) in their first match.  Game time is set for 2pm on Friday.
