Birmingham, Alabama ~ Rhodes College extended its winning streak to three games with a road victory over Birmingham-Southern, 65-63, in overtime. The winning streak comes at the right time, as the Lynx head into the conference tournament next weekend in Conway, Arkansas.

Rhodes was led in scoring by senior Joe Thompson (Nashville, TN) with 17 points including 3 of 7 from beyond the arc. Jared Hoskins (Rossville, GA) netted 16 points and Reid Hamilton (Birmingham, AL) recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. The victory raised the Lynx overall record to 11-14. Rhodes finished the season with a 5-9 SCAC record.

The Lynx head to Conway, Arkansas to play Millsaps in the first round of the SCAC Tournament on Friday, February 29th. You can check the conference website for more inforation.
