Sophomore guard Lakeya McGill (Lexington, TN) led all scorers with 23 points, and the Lynx shot 51.5% from the field, as Rhodes defeated Rust College 95-57 in Mallory Gymnasium, on Wednesday, December 10th.

McGill also had 7 rebounds, 7 assists and three steals for the Lynx, as Rhodes won for the sixth consecutive game and impoved to 6-1 on the season.

Freshman center Jenilee Pate (Rutherford, TN) added 15 points, freshman forward Brittany Looney (Memphis, TN) scored 13 points and freshman guard Milira Dunn added 11 points. Junior guard Becky Atnip (Greenfield, TN) connected on 4 of 6 three point field goals attempts and finished with 14 points.

The Lynx will return to action on December 20th against the University of Dallas, in a game played in Irving, TX.
