The Rhodes Women's Soccer Team earned their 10th shut out of the season by defeating The University of Dallas by a score of 2-0.  The Lynx got goals from Allison Price and Kara Purdy to improve to 12-3-1 in 2008 and will travel to Sherman, TX to face the Austin College Kangaroos on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 2:00pm.

The Lynx scored their first goal of the day in the 39th minute when freshman forward Ashley Ladd played the ball to sophomore forward Allison Price who put the ball past the UDallas keeper.

Rhodes would score again in the 63rd minute when freshman defender Katherine Bandoroff sent a ball into the UDallas penalty area where senior midfielder Kara Purdy settled and shot the ball into the UDallas goal.

Rhodes did not allow a single shot on goal and goalkeepers Becca Clarin and Stephanie Sermonet shared the shutout for the Lynx.
