The Rhodes women's soccer team lost to #25 Washington & Lee University on Sunday October 14, 2007 by a score of 2-1 on the campus of Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. 

The General's Anne Van Devender assisted Haley Bunting and scored a goal of her own to give Washington and Lee the advantage they would need to down the Lynx. 

After falling behind, Rhodes lone goal tied the score at 1 in the first half and was scored by junior midfielder Diana Buss and assisted by junior defender Lizzie Wright.

The Lynx will try to break their 3 game losing streak which has plagued the team during the month of October when they face Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 2:00pm.
