Men's Cross Country Finishes 15th at Louisville Invitational

The Lynx finished 15th of 41 mostly NAIA and NCAA Division I teams at the Greater Louisville Invitational. Rhodes scored 465 points, while host team Louisville captured the meet title with a mere 40 points. Colin Strickland led the Lynx for the 3rd time this season, notching a seasonal best time of 26:33 for 85th place. Team captain Matt Wood finished just behind Strickland, breaking 27 for the first time this season by finishing 88th in 26:36. Nick Lewis and team captain Matthew Sauter were next for Rhodes, taking 104th and 110th places in 26:51 and 26:56, respectively. Will Sheftall closed out the Lynx scoring by placing 117th in 27:02, a personal best. Rhodes' spread of just 29 seconds was their smallest of the season so far. John Harrison and Ryan Call rounded out the Lynx top 7, placing 145th and 149th in 27:27 and 27:29, respectively.
